This release is intended to give a solid foundation to chan_celliax,
so only the core features are present.

Please, test it in deep, signal any bug or misbehavior.

When we'll be satisfied with the core features, support for Skype and
alsamodems (and why not, for Bluetooth) will be added back ;-)
