mySQL CDR´s

Im trying to log my CDR´s into my existing mySQL install (localhost) but i cant find how to make it active to cygwin (cannot find the modules mysql or mysql-dev). Someone can give the directions to it?
BTW, how to make asterisk to not asnwer the call...just log it?

are you trying to do this on cygwin-windows?
I think that mysql modules for asterisk are in a separate repository and tarball (because of licensing, I suppose). You may want to look into http://downloads.digium.com/pub/asterisk/releases/ , the add-on packages
for mysql-dev, you probably have to install it from the cygwin installer
