Let's continue from where we left in the "How To install Celliax in Trixbox 2.3.0.4" (here), and let's assume you have installed the FreePBX callback module (from "Tools->Module Admin" click on "Check for updates online", then click on the callback module).

From the left menu choose Callbacks:

In "Callback Description" put the name you want to give it, put 10 in "Delay before callback", check "Extensions 200" in "Destination after Callback". Then click on "Submit Changes":

Click on the orange label ("apply configuration changes") at top, and after the changes has been applied, from the left menu choose Outbound Routes:

Give the new route a name in "Route name" (here we use "from_callback"), in "Dial Patterns" put the filters that will match and clean the numeric caller id given by your desired callers (here we use "+39|." and "0039|." that match Italian numbers and strip the international Italian prefix. Adapt this to your desired callers). In "Trunk sequence" put Celliax as first trunk:

Click on the orange label ("apply configuration changes") at top, and after the changes has been applied, from the left menu choose Inbound Routes:

You arrive at this page, from which you will click on "test any DID any CID" on top right:

Let's edit the "test" route (the default one, it covers any CID/DID). Scroll down (go to the next screenshot):

The route until now has "Extensions 200" checked in "Set Destination":

You will check instead the Callback just created, and then click "Submit":

Click on the orange label ("apply configuration changes") at top, and you finished!

Now if a call is incoming, it will be hanged up without being answered, and after ten seconds the caller (if its caller id match one of the outbound routes) will be called back and connected to the extension 200.
