Celliax svn now can compile with asterisk-1.4.0-beta3

The preferred Asterisk version is asterisk-1.2.13, because it runs also on windows/cygwin.

But now Celliax compile and runs (only on linux) also with asterisk-1.4.0-beta3.

You have to do some more work by hand, see the updated README, but this way you don't have to download also the 1.4 asterisk distribution.
